This research analyzes the impact of the spatial dynamics of the city of Kananga on the environment in a context of rapid urban growth and limited territorial planning capacity. These spatial dynamics generate significant environmental impacts, including soil erosion, pollution, deforestation, the disappearance of green spaces, poor waste management, and the degradation of water resources. These problems weaken economic development, deteriorate the living conditions of residents, and increase the city's vulnerability to climate change. Therefore, the expected findings of this research will contribute to strengthening urban planning policies and promoting sustainable, resilient, and environmentally friendly urban development.
